La Flor del Cafe

字面上的意思是指[咖啡之花]，來自安提瓜火山區中心的高海拔地帶，

火山噴出後的火山輕石落入土壤冷卻後，因為這些火山輕石有著許多的細孔，

易於水份的保存，加上莊園內種植的大量遮蔭樹，讓咖啡在冬天不易受到寒害，

也造成了這裡產出的咖啡豆擁有淡淡的煙燻味以及濃厚的果香。

經由世界著名的「拉米妮塔」(La Minita)莊園提供業界最高標準的栽植與處理技術，

並直接派遣專人遠赴瓜地馬拉參與品管的控制，並委託安提瓜當地最大規模、設備首屈一指的巴斯托爾水洗處理廠(Pastores mill)做最高標準的採收後製處理，

鞏固了此款咖啡豆最非凡優異的獨特口感。

豐富的層次口感，極佳的乾淨度，優秀的製作團隊，只為帶來最頂級的咖啡豆。
